By downloading anything from this site you agree to the Terms of Service. If you do not agree then you have no business to be here. I have a right to update these terms as I feel fit so check back incase some things may have changed. Don't feel threaten though, the Terms are fair and not too harsh because at the end of the day all of this site is created for the visitor. Please feel free to contact me if you have any inquiries.

Copyright

Everything I've created is under copyright unless otherwise stated. This includes Wallpapers, Layouts, Midis, written material this layout, this whole web site. You may not plagiarize any part of it. You are not permitted to recreate the site in anyway, (this includes the site's layout.)

Direct Linking

Direct Linking (also known as hot linking, inline linking, leeching, piggy-backing, offsite image grabs and bandwidth theft) is the use of a linked media object, such as an image or an audio file, from one site into a web page belonging to a second site. The second site is said to have an inline link to the site where the object is located. For example a background property might have written background: #eeecec url(http://www.ichabod1799.net/wallpapers/lithium.jpg) no-repeat;
This is stealing bandwidth, which I pay for, as since it is a theft to do this, it will be treated like one. It's easy to track who is hot linking and what and the right cause of action will take place.

The correct way is to download the file and upload it on your own server or a free image server such as Photobucket (if you want to use a wallpaper as a Myspace background.) Your code should then look like background: #eeecec url(images/wallpapers/lithium.jpg) no-repeat; or background: #eeecec url(http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y290/ichabod1799/lithium.jpg) no-repeat;

Wallpapers

  • No direct linking, upload on your own server.
  • Do not redistribute on any other web sites (only I hold the right to do that).
  • Do not claim the wallpapers as your own, and do not add on to them.
  • Not for commercial use, you cannot sell them.
  • You can use them to create a layout or other graphics, but still credit ichabod1799.net.
  • You can use them also as Myspace, Youtube, Friendstar and other profile backgrounds.

Layouts

  • No direct linking files, upload on your own server.
  • Not to be redistributed on any other web sites (only I hold the right to do that).
  • Do not remove any of the credits.
  • Do not claim the layout as your own.
  • Not for commercial use, you cannot sell them.
  • You can modify the layout slightly if you are not happy with some parts of it, but don't recreate it entirely.
  • You can modify it to be compatible as a Wordpress theme or a Myspace or Friendstar profile, but still leave the credits.
  • You can fix up any coding errors.

Midis

  • No direct linking.
  • If you use any midis created by me on your own web page give credit to ichabod1799.net.
  • Midis created by me are not for commercial use, you cannot sell them.
